Time is a capital factor of life. ‘The quality of your life is a function of the quality of your time i was reading this in a book. This means that time management has a lot to do with the organization of your life. Then how to manage your time?
1. Setting clear goals. It allows you to focus your energy on the things you want to achieve. This will cause you to not give your attention to everything anytime thereby making you more organized.
2. Creating a routine. Create a daily flow that works for you and keep it consistent. Your body naturally responds to repetitive behavior and within no time, you’ll find yourself getting hooked!
3. Avoid distractions. Whether you work in a public space or at home, find a quiet spot where you feel comfortable in and get your butt to work! Close all irrelevant browser tabs, put your phone away, out of sight and on silent.
4. Leave a buffer time between tasks.
5. Value your sleep. When sleeping, your brain switches into processing mode, taking all of that information that you collected throughout the day and organizing it in a way that makes more sense.

Organized is not possible without memory. Someone that cannot remember things cannot be organized. So, writing things down will help you to remember what to do per time Trying to remember things will not help you to stay organized. You should try writing things down.. Write down everything: shopping lists, holiday gifts, and important dates like meetings and birthdays.
